I have received the two units ordered. They are small, and adventage in my case becouse it may be placed inside an small box.

Output is very steady. I measured 5.06687 V with precise multimeter (BM869s). But output coud be more clear marked. There are three holes. One marked as '+', middle marked 'OUT' and the third one by LED marked as '-'. 5V output is on the outer holes. Middle hole must be unconnected.

The output voltage is 5.08 Volt with 100 mA load which is excellent for my project. So far I have no issue with this little power supply.
