timm.hansson Where do I buy the correct center gear for the 124017? I currently have the v1.

The delivery was fast but could have arrived even faster as there were a few delays with customs clearance. I have the 124016 and 124017's that have cogging issues and after fitting the motor to one of them it turns out you will also need the center gear as well as the one in them is to big for the new motor position. It would be great for the motor mounts to be able to have adjustable positions for other gearing as the one you can get does not have a counter sunk screw slot. Also whatever WLtoys uses on the screws makes it next to impossible to remove them before the screws are stripped and need to be drilled out.

timm.hansson I have a 124017 v1 that I'm looking to upgrade to v2. Where did you find the reduction/center gear? From my understanding, the v1 does not fit these pinion gears.

Having converted 144001s to brushless since 2 years, this is a dream come true. No more grinding/slotting of the motor mount and no more drilling of the pinion needed!!! I'll drive it with a quickrun 60A esc

Don't buy! Not delivering advertised car! I ordered the V2 model from the China warehouse, and received A USED discontinued V1 model. It is cogging == can't go slow. Will change review if resolved.

timm.hansson I bought from China warehouse and received the V1 car but with the v2 controller the car is really bad. Are you just randomly sending out the cars?
