very bright! much much much brighter then I was expecting! immediately with the kitchen lights on you could see the solar panel was charging the batterys already. very well made, feels light but strong. remote works flawless, out of the box first impression is 5 star. Will leave on and test light longevity.

Robert Minenever worked either. A quality control issue they need to address!

I bought this in winter when the sun was at it's weakest and thought I would wait till summer when the UV was stronger, but it didn't work then either.This model DOES NOT WORK AT ALL, so don't waste your money on a Useless Dead Motor.

Robert Yes,you do need an amp due to the low impedance.

Audio is very good but the speaker sensitivity isn't very high, need a 2-3W amplifier. The cone excursion is noticeable for a little speaker with a good low frequencies response. A good quality speaker with a discrete price quality ratio. Ok Banggood.

Robert You are correct it is only 5W.I complained to Banggood and they said the following:We contacted the supplier of the product inside and they said the product was correct. It's just a mistake in packing.That is plain nonsense.With two 18650 batteries you have 7.4VdcIn order to drive a 30W LED you need 30W/7.4Vdc = 4.05AmpsThere is no way two 18650 batteries are delivering that much current.They would soon heat up and melt.

It is a shame that the lamp was headlined as 30 watts, which is why I bought it. It confirms on the box that it is 5 watts! It is more versatile than described as it has a 5 watt main beam that has a dim setting, the ring around the outside lights up at probably 5 watts for more of a flood light and then there is a flashing red/blue light. You need to buy 2 18650 cells to power it but they can be charged
