johnnynorre If connected via bluetooth, turn down the volume on your phone (or the bluetooth source) while playing though the amplifier. If connected via one of the analogue inputs, turn down the volume on the analogue source if possible. If this is not possible, you need a preamplifier or another amplifier, which can be turned down some more.
