Q: I have plugged in my new PSU. No light no power nothing. Used a multimeter to test voltage but nothing working. Isn't the fan supposed to turn on when you first plug in the PSU?

tsoonami711 i have bought this PSU and u need to put a jumper cable to start it , or connect it to a mother board and start it
