Seems like good quality, but item arrived mangled.. Some Bangood said I received it end of Feb, but I only received it today (04 April), so probably no recourse.

TheCOOLj This is an H7 bulb equivalent. H7 is a single filament bulb, thus only low beam or high beam, depending on it's installation.

TheCOOLj if you have technical ability, you can try soldering a 100 ohm 5 watt resistor across the wires of the fittings
