Q: I just got it. I pushed the white button and then the lights go on and immediately turn off (less than a second). Even in the complete dark. Does this mean the battery is empty? The remote control does nothing when I do this.

BG533744041 Thelights will only work when the Solarpanel is in darkness. The flashing says only that you have turning on, but it works only at night or in darkness.
