watageek Most of the time, yes on any free UART. Keep in mind there is sometime inverter transistor. Select corresponding UART in configurator for serial_RX.

watageek Lite and normal support dshot300 max Bb1 chip 6g average. Lite_S (9g) and V2 (6g) are BB2 chip support dshot600 max.

watageek You cannot use it to feed the motor, the purpose of a step down is to lower the input voltage to, example, 5volt to a flight controller or to feed 12 volt LED from a 4S-5S lipo. You could ( not saying you should) isolate the flight controller and use 3S on the lizard95. ESC/motor may burn.
