Q: when I cut the strip light to several fragments, how can I connect to the microcontroller? Where is the signal wire?

peterjamesbriggs I can confirm that you can cut the strip and use the remaining LEDs. however you will have to remove the tap and scrape the back to expose the copper circuits and then soldier a connector to those.
