phone is usable but I've had a few problems with mine which are pretty major really:
phone refuses to charge sometimes - it'll start charging sometimes but hours later it'll be dead
phone takes a seriously long time to charge with a standard charger when it does decide to charge. like 10 hours for a full charge with a standard iPhone socket to usb plug (phone comes with a charging cord, but no socket to plug it in to).
phone randomly disconnects from cell network. only fixeable by reboot
