Q: Hello, I have just finished all welding for the spectrum analyzer. All LED's in upper right side of the display will not light up. Can you tell me what to look for and how to diagnose this problem. Thank you.

Marco81K Check every pin on the integrated circuits, had that problem too. Looking at the schematic and measuring it with a meter helps.

No real spectrum-display (tested with different tones, on different volume-levels), but it's nice to learn soldering and finding what's wrong, looks nice and give's a interesting optical effect.

Good Quality, just one thing, the LDR reacts to light from the clock, the position has to be changed, i think on th side it should be better (with black tape behind)

Working as expected, don't know yet which settings (you could set them by long buttonpress) i set (some are easy (brightness, channel l, r, or both) but, i'll check that later, works with 5V too, think 4,5v are ok too.

Q: Would it be possible to change the Firmware? There seems to be a Problem that the LDR seems to react to Light from the Clock itself, could be changed to measurement on moments when the narrow LEDs are off.
