derrick No,these can not be filled with oil. They are just friction dampers. However, adding a little grease really helps. As for the price, it is certainly above MSRP, but they're sold out many places at the moment. Supply and demand.

derrick The batteries themselves should be the same. The price is confusing, but just buy whatever is cheaper.
