APteH Dearfriend, Perhaps You don't understand the function of the build in battery. When the clock is disconnected from external source , the timer IC will be kept running. So when the clock is connected again to the supply, you don't have to adjust time as that timer IC was keeping the time. Have fun with your clock!

APteH The only thing you can control, is the EN connection (chip enable) Variating ratio is only possible by changing boot capacitor or coil I do not recomment that as the 1200 Khz frequency wil give the best results. see datasheet : www.richtek.com/Products/Switching%20Regulators/DC_DC%20StepDown%20Convertor/RT8272?sc_lang=en

APteH EN is chip enable. A high is Enable, low is disable
