I had a problem with my earlier order and I had to place fresh order for this motor. What I have now received is nothing less than mockary of shipping by the most incompetent & inefficient team of Banggood.com responsible for shipping the iteams. The motor received is totally Black color, and as per the SKU code, its manufactured/packed in October 2016. The Motor shown in the listing is of Red & Black color and without brass gear. but the one I received is totally black color and with brass gear which is wrongly positioned on the shaft, making the motor useless. I tried to pull out the gear but when could not succeed, I then tried to push it down - by gently hammering it so that it could be positioned correctly. The photos of shipping label and SKU label along with Black motor that I received is attached. Not only that, to prove that the brass gear is wrongly positioned on the motor shaft, I has placed the brushed motor by its side and taken a photo to make the "MOST INTELLIGENT" team of Banggood to understand the issue/problem There are two videos. During making unboxing video due to incoming call on the mobile, the vedio stopped so I had to continue with other video. As both the videos are of more than 500MB each, they could not be attached with this review but uploaded on my G-drive and the links are shared hereunder. Way bigger than my 1/12 wltoys 12428. Bigger than arrma granite 1/10 as well. So far so good. very fast. Haven’t done any bashing so not sure of durability but look tough. very heavy. the low voltage cutoff setting is too low. After car stop, I checked battery with my B6AC and voltage dropped dangerously low. My B6ac can’t recognize one cell (only two cells showed up) and refused to charge. I had to use the included charger to charge it up for 20 minutes and check again with B6Ac and voltage come back. Charge the remaining with my charger. recommend to watch out for your play time. don’t rely on the default low voltage cut off setting. shipping time around 9-10 days to Singapore

Although BG calls this a brushless motor, it is in fact a brushed motor that can be used on a V913 that has a BL main motor. There used to be a BL tail motor as part of a kit, but that has disappeared unfortunately. Otherwise I would buy that instead of this. But that also requires a different PCB setup. The V912 tail motor will fit but you will have to move the pinion gear for it to mesh with the gears.

I tried V912 tail motor on my V913 helicopter, but the helicopter had a spinning problem. V913 has stronger magnets and maybe the wires on the rotor are a little bit thicker. Therefore the motor has higher torque.

Although the description states this is a BL motor, it is NOT! If you are a newbie to the hobby, you may waste your money on it. These brushed motors do not last that long and are VERY EXPENSIVE for what you get.
