Fredrik Bråthen Hey. Both me and my friend have used 5s with this esc and 4068 motor. We drove maybe 5 packs each 5 months ago. Nordic summer. Seemed like the escs overheated, slow drive after 3-5mins. Now, some months later, the cars barely moves on 5s, but works with 4s.. Its cold outside. Freezing point. Why..?! If anyone has an idea to why escs dont work with 5s any more, please comment. :)

Nicklikebike It's for 8 speed but if you set your low and high I think you could use it for 7 speed and you just wouldn't use one of the gears

Nicklikebike I can't confirm but I'd think so.... I'm using a 6 speed derailleur on my 7 speed, well it's an 8 speed cassette with a 7 speed shifter but it had enough travel, I think this would work on an 8speed and it's a cheap test! I'm probably gonna order one in the future for a backup or try Amazon
