Q: Is it support 1tb External Hard drive?

Nikolai Nikolov Working great with 1TB WD USB HDD , but with new power supply - 5V 5A adapter! The 5V 2A adapter that comes with the box is bad and the box often freezes on the boot logo with it!

Q: I've been using my box for 3 weeks, christmas present.... worked great, until it froze up. I've tried to restart while holding the factory reset button.... but it is still frozen at the "H96 Pro + screen.. even after I've held the reset button for several minutes... HELP

Nikolai Nikolov The problem of this box is the power supply - buy adapter with more amperes (from 3 and up)- I bought 5v 5a adapter and the box is working perfectly with it!

It took about 20 days for Banggood to deliver this box to me in Bulgaria- EU Priority Line - choose this if you don't want custom's duties! I have also ordered and received a backlit keyboard - air mouse type with the tv box - the keyboard is very good and can be used with smart tv's, and other appliances. The tv box works fine for the moment, but I had to reset it once with a needle - because it got stuck on its logo while booting! My advice- check with antivirus and remove the spy soft!
