SAVI0 As far as I know... This is adjustable clamps which can be tightened on any fork diameter. If the clamps are loose then wrap the forks with some kinda or wrapping material to make the gap smaller between fork & clamps.

Moynana If I choose a red flowing light cable, the light would be red. the color of light cannot be changed.

SAVI0 I don't think so. Never tried using it during the monsoon season. I usually remove it when I am not riding the bike. Or when not in use.
