BG401117380 If temperature sensor is waterproof, no ned to install it inside waterproof box. If it's a humidity or barometric pressure sensor, and you install it in a weatherproof box, it won't function. These waterproof boxes are for installing non-waterproof devices.

BG401117380 I don't think this exists in a combined "touch" switch and socket. You can, of course, install two single wall boxes: one with a socket and one with a switch.
