Q: tenho um problema lógico com a fonte, os botões V e A não dão acesso rápido às configurações, pararam após a fonte ficar 1 mês desligada, eles funcionam no menu SET, para subir e descer.... o que ta acontecendo?

Q: hello, i bought a DPS5020 power supply last year and noticed that it is losing accuracy over time, the one on the display does not match the measurement by the multimeter, both voltage and current, based on that i ask: how do i calibrate it ?

muito bom produto, so não gostei da embalagem, veio em um saco plástico sem nenhuma proteção. o meu chegou com dois problema, o recurso de shake não funciona, já configurei no menu mas não responde, o sensor funciona, testei com o multímetro e ele responde, parece ser algo a nível de controle, o outro problema é que a bateria do RTC veio zerada, ou seja: não retém os dados gravados. fora isso é um ótimo produto!
