Good image quality. It came with a C/CS adapter ( with my lens I will not use it as I cannot get focus with it, but without it it works ). However it may be needed with your lens, good to have it just in case.
It outputs 41MP images at best ( scaled in software, of course ).
Il also came with a flat HDMI cable, which I like more that usual cables as it is more flexible, an EU 12V adapter ( very good for my country ) and a regular USB-C to USB cable.

Q: Will this work with an older VGA -input monitor with a 1920x1024 resolution with hdmi-to-VGA cable?

modoran It should work with an hdmi to vga active adapter. If the same adapter works with a videocard or laptop it will work with this microscope camera too.

modoran from aliexpress search for 'universal articulating 76/50mm focuse arm clamp holder stand rotatable for monocular binocular trinocular stereo microscope', it costs about 130$.
