This item actually works well, but at £5.24 plus shipping is too expensive, buy elsewhere with free shipping.

as3rv I got a duff one too, at the moment BG have offered a resend, but I'm not willing to get another rubbish item. Read the Czech R7T1E8P feedback he/she too had a bad one.

as3rv Apparently not, exFAT only. There is a warning on the underside stating "NTFS can't be chosen as an error formatting which will cause the hard disk to be damaged and invalid" Not the best English, but you get the message........don't do it.

Received OK, but missing two massage pads..............not good. Now waiting for BG to send them. Item works OK with just the two but only doing half the job! Only used it on low setting on a bad wrist, tried higher settingsbut my hand was like Frankenstein's, clutching away at thin air. Marked down in rating due to missing parts

OK item. 3kw gives tepid water at reduced flow but it does mean it can be used from a 16 amp power supply socket.
