BboyHadi what do you mean by programmable? if you mean you can use Raspberry Pi or Arduino to program it or take the raw data from it and make your own code, then yes you can do it.

luciferr hi, this gps module takes a long time to get satellites. In my case it takes 20-30 minutes to connect with 7 satellites and got a 3d fix.

luciferr yes it's a combo pack, you will receive a transmitter as well as a receiver.
