Delivery and packaging was excellent, but watch was impossible to change settings and it went into "lock" and cannot remove the lock to restart. Have tried to restart and get it working but it is now a useless piece of equipment unfortunately. cannot find anywhere to remove the lock.. would like someone to give any help to remove the "Lock" WAS TOLD 00000 *5OULD WORK BUT ONLY 4 LIGHTS AND ONLY 3 LIGHT UP . HELP

Q: I bought a LOKMAT COMETPRO and received it last week . the watch is very good but I was unable to get the functions working as somehow the watch went into lock dial. I can use it as watch but cannot get any functions. when you swipe the screen either horizontally or vertically all I get is numeric keypad. there are 4 lights at top but only 3light up. I am assuming if one knows the code the 4th light will release the Lock Screen Cannot find anywhere if there is a code to release the lock, as you can with Apple Watch. Does anyone know how or what it might be,. would love some help. if anyone can please send to ***** thanks anyone

Watch arrived within stated time and is in perfect condition. Very smart looking watch and so far keeping excellent time since arrived. For the price looks a bargain, will see how it goes in the next few weeks
