JLG Youshould check the type of power required by seagate 4 Tb and 500 Gb USB3, as they probably need 1A or more of power. That means that if you connect it directly to the USB of the PC or laptop they work, because they have all the necessary power, but if you don't connect them alone to the hub, they lack power and they don't see each other, and if you connect them alone you have to wait because they take time load. This is avoided when you connect the hub to a powered USB port, which is one that charges even with the PC turned off, because it carries additional power from the PC source and will allow you to see the seagate, or if you feed the hub with a cable from a source of 2A.

JLG Connectionproblems with USB ports and drivers that have not been loaded well, it works well for me and when it failed it was because of that.
