Mako5 That is nit true that in description it iis clear that frame is not included. There is clear specification that there is frame and it has 3 shelves. There is only one small text that frame is not included and 6-7 places in description indicates that frame IS included.

wasar In the text that does describe the product is PVC cover only SHOULD BE IN LARGE RED COLOURED TYPE so that all the Q &A are asking “where is the metal frame” are not seeing the extra small type can be easily missed.
