Q: Unable to switch on all 4 buttons. When we switch on one(A) and then the next (B) then (A) is being turned off. Any solution?

Griddlockk You have it set to a mode where that is the normal function. The jumper that is on the three pins in the corner can be moved to change the modes. You can connect the left-center, or right-center, or leave the jumper off. Those are the three modes.
