BG443253942 Simply wash with soap and water hang to dry. They are small and made with synthetic nylon. Similar to UnderArmer material. I wear 2 and then wash when done and you have another 2 to use when dried.

BG443253942 the clock face is permanent. it does not light up. the only thing that lights up is the main screen. you might be thinking of the settings of the watch faces. there's one that has the clock arms that point towards the numbers. you get what you pay for.
