George Hello! I saw your post, I had the same problem with the printer. Did Bangood send you another engine or a complete printhead part? Thank you for your reply!

Really nice printer while it lasts. Easy to set up and print quality is very good. The included EasyThreed slicer software is very simple to use and works well for the most part. Though it does have trouble slicing horizontal cylindrical objects. The printer is also quite simple to use. Just export the gcode file to the included SD card and press play! The only real issue I had was the extruder motor gears stripped out after the 5th print. Banggood fixed it, but it took several weeks to resolve. As of today, it's back up and running. Hopefully it holds up.

The printer arrived soon. It was easy to put together, the leveling took a while. The thread didn’t stick to the table the first time I printed, but I raised the table heater to 60 degrees and so it was good. Great printer for beginners.
