Peter don'tput the rod in the flame, heat the aluminium piece very hot first then melt the rod by placing on the hot aluminium work piece. Always pre clean with ss wire brush first

The 0.4-3.2mm Keyless Drill Chuck Mini Drill Collet Rotary Tools for Dremelis not fit with my Dremelis Drill due to inner theared Collet Rotary Tools is smaller then my Dremelis Drill. Let hope bangood.com solve my problem

Peter soundlike the 7mm x .75mm thread in the chuck is over size and loose fit, it needs to be a nice close fit try a few turns of teflon plumbers thread tape to stop the runout

Nice looking chuck that fits in my Dremel. This example does not center the drill bit well enough. With a range of drill bits from .7 to 3mm, most attempts resulted in the bit running so far off centre that it couldn't be used with any accuracy. By retrying several times, I could get the drill to run fairly central, but it is too much messing. The original collet runs perfectly. This example is of very little use.

Peter genuine Dremel is 7mm x .75 pitch , the rest is 8mm x .75mm

These are brilliant but I have 2 different drills similar to the Dremel and they have different threads on the nose. I also have 2 different right angle drives (Brilliantly useful) and they have different threads as well. It is difficult to be sure what the thread specifications are as they are not specified in the documentation and they are tricky to measure without special equipment. However I ordered one of each size. One fits my Dreamel machine and the other is waiting until I buy a machine that fits it! : )) I am happy because at this price I am getting more than good value for money!

Peter 8mmis Dremel copy or non Dremel, 7mm is genuine dremel just make sure the thread is a good close fit and it will then run true

Il prodotto è ok ma il diametro del filetto non corrisponde con quello esposto- 8x0,75 in realtà è 6x0,75 e per me è inutilizzabile.

This chuck does not fit a Dremel 8200. I do not know if all dremel's are the same size or if they send me the correct one but the hole is to big

Peter areyou talking about backlash between leadscrew and leadscrew nut? if so thats easily fixed by making brass or delrin nuts to a firm close fit, the important part is the surface finish on the lead screw then you can have tighter fitting leadscrew nut...delrin/nylon is best...long leadscrew nuts are better.

This unit has a sturdy construction and has the potential to work very well. There are some minor issues with the bolt slots in the side castings not exactly aligning with the table, but those issues are fixable reasonably easily. A significant problem exists however in the form of backlash. In the unit I purchased, backlash on the x axis is approximately 0.8 mm with some movement before the gearing properly meshes. This is due to imprecise matching between the lead screw and the threads milled into the peg that moves the bed. Backlash is less on the y axis but still substantial. Thread pitch is such that horizontal force on the bed is almost enough to spin the horizontal position adjustment knob. Similar for the y axis. This unit has the potential to be significantly better if the backlash was reduced. In it's current state is is marginally capable of support for milling into wood, but mostly usable for precise hole placement for drilling. The manufacturer should consider selling a kit to properly control the backlash, and up the precision on the threads to avoid as much backlash as possible in the first place. This unit could function so much better with just a little effort by the manufacturer.

very impressed with the quality of this t720 went together in a snap, put 14 grams in the battery cover hatch by rotating a 3/8 inch drill bit above the ball bearing weight to create a hole for a piece of 3/8 bolt shaft, slid it in flush , now the balance is good, waiting for the wind to drop for its maiden flight . Thanks to Banggood Au warehouse no gst and free postage was a nice suprise

Peter the x and y slides are very good for the money, one could do plenty of mods to this and make it even better

It is a very handy device to adapt on the press-drill but if you are used to use a lathe, which I am, then you'll feel strange that the Y ax doesn't have a left threat spindle and its action is reversed as "normal" which can bring to disastrous results. Also the scale on box axes is just an adhesive and peels off quick so, useless as a reference. Albeit the name claims precision, I can't endorse that.

Peter i buy from BG all the time and the packaging or lack of is the biggest problem i have all the time . I think BG-CS and the Pack and Send People are on different planets to be sure.

Excellent Product & fast shipping for an item coming from China. However, this item was slightly damaged on one of the corners of the packaging box. It was crushed due to the fact that the vice box was Not taped closed and the box was just tossed in a shipping bag. So the vice just banged away during shipping and was crushed on one end of the aluminum table. I think I can still use it as is but you might want to wrap and tape up these heavy items before just putting the item in a big shipping bag as the item will get damaged in shipping. Packaging process needs improvement, perhaps adding bubble wrap & re-enforcing the corners.

Peter I think you will find Rated Voltage is not the run voltage but part of the motor description to work out driver and power supply because a stepper motor can run maybe even 10 times that voltage , they don't seem to give running voltage, that's for you to work out. Anyway hope I got that right.

It is pitty the the voltage rating is about 3 volt. Perhaps a voltage rating of 5 volt would be better as 5v power supplies are more current.

Peter the power supply should be double the rated amps for the stepper or any stepper motor that what i heard .

Nice strong motor, no identification on this motor but it is the correct one, at 12v it is running at about 3500rpm checked with a laser tacho. Using it to drive a tool post drill in my lathe, 16 tooth gt2 pulley on the motor and a 120 tooth gt2 on the end of the drill chuck spindle gives me 7.5 : 1 = 466rpm at 12v or 932rpm at 24v should be pretty strong at lower speeds with a variable speed driver.

Peter terminal is the left side one looking from the back of motor, it will run either way but better to . My 18 volt cordless drill the exact same 775 motor in it and is a very strong motor

Ianth I do wish I could tell you if it in a box or carton, as I am still waiting for mine to arrive since last year....But what I can tell you is I did order the XK A800 body which is longer and that arrived in standard garbage bag and bubble wrap and that was not broken, it was in perfect condition......I hope this helps

Fly's very well the only adjustments i made was to glue the landing gear front and back i used a hot glue gun, then added about 8 grams of blue tack up front near the motor because it was tail heavy. This is my first plane and the 6g make it a lot easier to fly, 4 flight so far and no crashes, haven't tried 3d mode that can wait till i get more practice.

Drills look really good but they are carbon steel not HSS some are so soft will only drill aluminium simply test with a file it should slide off and not remove any metal, next test is to spark test on the grinder and compare with a real HSS drill, spark testing will always tell you what steel you have Mild Steel, Carbon steel, SS steel , and many others. Will seek a full refund though PayPal
