mirusev Yes, you can. Such AC consumes 1.5 kW which is 6.5 A. (way low than 16A)But you should first check what happens when the AC losts and then restores the power. Is it start? If yes, you may use it.

fredrock No button on mine.The unit is activated when you plug in the solar section to the base unit. The function is basic. It activates after dark when the solar panel is no longer providing current and only comes on when motion is detected. If motion ceases, the unit powers off after 15 - 20 seconds until motion is detected again.
