Ellepi Yes, this happened to me as well. Firstly unpair from your devices all the fye9 earphones. Then keep pressed for long (roughly 20 seconds) both earphones until you hear a beep. This sound will indicate the reset of the earphones, then pair again. It worked for me. Try it

Q: does it work with Google Home?

Ellepi With Alexa it doesn't work. Alexa replies "ok" but then nothing happens. I've different blitzwolf devices connected but the VC3 doesn't work with Alexa. It seems something can be fixed with an upgrade though

Ellepi yes. It's prefect for everyday use IMHO, it filters enough traffic noise but still allows you to talk with people. microphone as well filter noise pretty well. amazing!
