The cord provided did not charge watch. 5 attempts to post a repair ticket and no success. The watch and cable look good but will not charge. Direct connection of a usb power supply with probes allowed the watch to charge.The cable ust be damaged or the wrong one. Trying to recharge and hold probes on the contacts is not a solution

oldman44 There were 2 hoses each 3 Ft long. The unit I received was only 5 litre not 8 litre.

Battery only lasts for 2 days. Sleep function is quite finicky only doing anything about half the time. The rest of the time 0hrs 0 min sleep.The watch is lazy in displaying time ,display when raising wrist does not work well.Display is good.

Totally unreadable in sunlight. Software has been totally screwed up with a force update that will not clear and allow the old software to function as it used to.

I received the watch without the bracelet pin on one side, now how should i attach the strap on this thing, and this pin is also very different which will not be available in local market, REALLY DISAPPOINTED!!!!
