They are much less durable than something like the Rush avan 2.5" props, and these seem way more oriented towards 3-4s rather than 2s. They need very high RPMs to produce any decent thrust. If you the Tinyhawk 2 freestyle, don't buy this. If you have built your own 3s with 6000-7000kv+ motors, they might be decent.

Q: Does the 4D option come with the 4D accessories or do I need to buy the accessory pack extra anyway?

vasilis No need for accessories if you have a 4d esc if note you need accesories that through the shaft you'll be able to change the pitch... I recommend 4d esc from tmotor

Q: I am having trouble binding. I have followed instructions but nothing happens after receiver enters binding mode. I have tried both EU LBT and FCC firmware on transmitter but neither work.

This draws closer to 0.8A at 12V giving a power of 10W ish. The brightness is what can be expected of 10W per 5 meters. The strips likely don't have a CRI over 70-80. They have a quite strong blue tinge and I would probably guess they are 6700K and higher. These are however insanely cheap per meter, so if you for any project need many meters, like making a light panel without using expensive diffuser sheets, this would be a good option (assuming you don't care about CRI).
