pfeerick The recommended size is 2S-3S 900-1500mAh. A 4S 5000mAh will not only not fit, but the plane won't even be able to take off with that sort of weight. In other words, it will have the flight characteristics of a common house brick.

Hubi-Dirk POWERSYSTEM in this case probably means the drive train, i.e. engine, gearbox and propeller. The ESC and the battery do not appear in the description of the required components in the rest of the text. These two components should be added here.

BG181724341 The ESC Amperage is supposed to be slightly above the motor spec due to possibility of spikes. The Motor-EDF combo is specified with 32A. The safety margin of 8A is ok. Example: I used and EDF spec 25A and measured 35A spike once. An 25A ESC would not have "liked" this. Same applies to Voltage in general.

Matthew It will fit, but you would not be able to balance it. 450grams of battery is really too heavy for this planes wing area.
