The PID tune on the HD version needs a lot of work; make sure to update to 4.1.1 or later to get a decent starting point. Also make sure to upgrade the props to something stiffer. I am still trying to get rid of the jello from the HD footage. Other than that, it is a pretty good quad for the price.
