chrisvonahnen As you can see on the attached photos, the product info was originally 1600Celsius. Also on the Photo off the thermometer, you can read 2912Fahrenheit. But I received a 550Celsius thermometer, the customer service agent told me that the advertisement had not been altered & that I was wrong. When I sent the photo proof, the case was escalated to another department. The info about the changes made to the add. should be clearly visible to both the customer & especially visible to the customer agent!
