Lindsay PS The motor does seem underpowered and with 6mm endmills cutting wood I only cut at depths of 1mm with a max federate of 400mm per min. It gets too hot and I think it is meant to be used with the mount which acts as a heat sink. If you put it on a home cnc you will need to manage the heat somehow. In my case light work seems to have melted the fan on the shaft. Awesome. Also the fan is a hazard and though I thought I had secured the wires out of the way, they ended up wrapping around the fan and stalling the motor. Shutting it off in 5 seconds seems to have saved the motor, maybe..
