fuzzi Dear Takahashi, the link was broken therefor I answer your question short. 1) There is a resistive screen sensor controlled by a xpt2046 driver. 2) It is possible to use "finger touch". My experience is based on a 2.8 inch display using the same controller (xpt2046). 3) As I mentioned in my review, the STM32F103 is fast enough. You have to connect the display with the controller board by wires. I do not know any boards. My problem is, I need an external I2C modul but no pins are available. 4) I will check Maple mini board which has 31 IO-pins. But until know I have no experience on that. Hope, i could help you.
