Roboteernat The power source of the device shouldnt need anything more than half an amp, however the heater will need more. I am using this with a 100w PTC heater, and that uses about 8 amps. Connecting the module and the heater to the same power supply will be enough. Mine is connected to a 16 amp PSU i had around - Note the relay is rated to 12v at 20 amps in room temperature.
