Archibald Use two breadboards side by side or run wires under the ESP32 development board. Alternatively use stripboard (e.g. Veroboard), either with female headers or with short wire links from top of development board's pin headers to the stripboard where needed. That way the development board's pin headers are not soldered so it's easy to remove the development board from the stripboard if required (and you get more reliable interconnections than using a breadboard).
