vipulasrilanka I assume you are referring to a 12V 7AH battery. Which means you can get 1A for 7 hours (or 2A for 3.5 hours..etc..) when that battery is fully charged. This is called the capacity of the battery. Obviously the boost converter can not increase the capacity of the battery. This module can boost the voltage up to 21V and deliver a maximum current of 4A. You can refer to the LX6009 data sheet for more details.
