Q: why both my earphone and speakers do not work in FM mode( re- no sound) but in some other apps its working, though when I tried to record( through its recording function in FM mode) and play it afterwards- there is sounds, any advice please!

elle_ron I have identified the problem- no sound in FM mode by disabling the sound enhancement in the sound option( the hi-fi enhancement)...it works now!...nevetheless, thanks for the response.

Q: how to open the shell of this voyo i8 pro 11.6 for me to have access to sim tray?...or where is the sim tray located?

elle_ron sim tray is located beside or near the type C port ( charging port- not @ the back cover shell as stated in the manual)...I guess it is the same as the usual smartphone tray in size....however they have not included a sim tray ejector pin in the package box.
