Ken__ You need to run the pusher prop so that it pulls on the motor mount in the same direction as a normal prop. Run the motor in opposite from normal rotation (reverse two motor leads if necessary) and make sure the front side of the blades faces in the direction of thrust, just as with a normal prop.
