Bruno Ilave An OEM license requires OEM activation from a specific OEM version, what you should have done is make a USB restoration key, a retail Windows 10 needs a different validation key and is not compatible with OEM keys, that is why it says no valid license found. Now if you did register the PC with Microsoft, you can call them and try to get it validated, but you best bet is to get a restoration image from the seller.
