SWAPAN 4G Indian Sim are not responding, please help.Otherwise this tablet is working perfectly without Sim.

SWAPAN Set-up Procedure of Solar Wifi Camera There were two push buttons in side battery chamber, one is Power PB & another one Reset PB. 1) After battery installation, Press Power PB for 15 sec. 2) Voice prompt will be SWITCH AP mode. 3) After your mobile Wifi ON, then one new Wifi BCM _...... will appear, tap this and connect in by a password entering 123456789. 4) Go to Microshare App, after login in local, tap the same Wifi link BCM _.... 5) Camera will connect with your handset in Local mode. 6) Then again press the Power PB for 2 Sec. 7) Voice prompt will be Restore in factory setting. 8) Go again Michroshare Apps, now do only login. 9) Your Wifi setting page will appear. 10) After putting your Wifi details & Passward, the Camera will again connect with your handset through your Wifi network. Now you can monitor your Camera from anywhere. Reset PB is for resetting all above settings.
