These are a great buy, a little pricey but time will prove it's value in usage. The one bug is the power plug it comes with. The adapter makes it easily usable in Australia (and others that use our GPO style) but Active & Neutral are swapped over. This means the Neutral wire is switched off and on at the GPO and the Active (Actually the Neutral) is switched off and on on the local switch on the side of the case. This may be an issue with some. I cut up and replaced the power plug to correct it. A weight in or under the iron holder improves it's usage immensely
