I will not say that it could compare to something like an Axial or Traxxas out of the box but with some modifications it will hold its ground. I will say that this truck has a nice weight to it over the smaller B-1. It has a very nice scale look to it that really gets you your money’s worth. Kit has some spares and building it was a nice challenge, had a good time! hard to bind gears, you see from pictures the mod i made (youtube helped me). But let's say that for the price is what i expected: lot of fun, good base for future modelling, used my brain to complete it. Since i bought a wpl c34km i can say that, compared for the price, metal versions always worth the money. Despite what happened for c34km, the servo is the same but here works good, well dimensioned.
