For 300 bucks I can't complain. It does the job and it works. It comes with Chinese language set but you can change it by going to the utility menu (press utility button) and select the fourth option down.

Changing the language is easy, start scope, press "utility" and choose the language You want with F4, that's all. The manual can be downloaded on: uni-trend.com.cn. The program for the computer You find there is for Vista max ! So that does not work fine. Further is it a very fine scope with a lot of possibilities for it's money and I van recommend it absolutely.
