It functions as it promise. The cutting tool quality is of low quality, it can not cut the staples. It is better using just an ordinary plier to bend the protruded excess staples because the hot staples are pre-cut. The plastic of the tool and box are mediocre quality. The tool is a little bit heavy not suitable for big job. But for the price it is worthed.
