Excellent and reliable 2.4GHz radio telemetry system at a superb price, perfect for most applications. The LCD is nice and bright. Telemetry operates via i-BUS protocol, meaning that it is possible to build a telemetry system with Arduino and the equivalent library. Channels can be upgraded to 14 by updating firmware to modified FlyPlus 1.7.6 and after updating it is not required to mod the receiver to display the main voltage, just use a voltage divider. It includes so many functions such as reverse, end points, subtrim, dual rate, throttle curve, mix, throttle hold, ppm, trainer port, failsafes, timer, alarms and more! Finally, it is fairly easy to install a LiPo or a battery holder for Li-ion to get rid of the AA batteries. I highly recommend this product.

rockygibson What lipo battery kit did you get to convert? That’s my only hesitation, I want rechargeable batteries.

Tassos @rockygibson Hello, I used a couple of Liion 2200mAh 2C similar to the ones used in laptop batteries as seen in image No3. Nominal voltage is 7.2V.
